Located in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, Emerald Court is a dedicated memory care community specializing in compassionate care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Since 2000, we have been committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and homelike environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness.
With 21 private and semi-private residences, Emerald Court provides personalized care based on each resident’s unique needs, abilities, preferences, and stage of memory loss. Our goal is to support independence whenever possible while providing the assistance and supervision residents need to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
Specialized Memory Care
Memory care requires more than meeting physical needs—it requires patience, understanding, consistency, and an appreciation for each person’s life story. Our team receives specialized Alzheimer’s and dementia training and is prepared to support the unique behaviors, challenges, and changing needs that can accompany memory loss.
Emerald Court provides 24-hour staffing and nursing support, with a strong staff-to-resident ratio that allows our team to provide attentive, individualized care. Services may include medication assistance, personal care, diabetic care, incontinence care, mobility and transfer assistance, and support with other daily living needs.
Our secure environment includes controlled-access doors, common-area surveillance, and an emergency alert system designed to promote resident safety while maintaining a comfortable, home-like atmosphere.

We believe meaningful days are an important part of quality care. Emerald Court offers a variety of activities and opportunities for residents to stay engaged, connected, and active, including games, movies, fitness activities, walks, devotional opportunities, beauty services, social events, and community outings.
Residents can enjoy home-cooked meals in our dining room, with menus designed to support balanced nutrition and accommodate individual dietary needs. Housekeeping and laundry services help make daily life easier so residents can spend more time enjoying their home and community.
Our common areas, activity spaces, wellness room, game room, gardens, and other amenities are designed to encourage social connection while giving residents opportunities to participate at their own pace.
